Safe Water Technology provides water treatment solutions, including Industrial/Domestic RO Plants, components, and bottled water services. All products sold are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

  • Payment: For RO Plant installations, a specific advance payment (as per the quotation) is required to start the project.

  • Accuracy: Please ensure all delivery and contact details provided during checkout are correct.

3. Installation and Service

  • For RO Plant installations, the client must provide a suitable space and necessary electrical/water connections as guided by our technical team.

  • Maintenance schedules and warranties for specific parts will be provided in writing at the time of installation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on your location (RYK, Lahore, Multan, etc.).

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, Safe Water Technology is not liable for delays caused by transporters or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Components: Unused and sealed components can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom Systems: Installed RO plants or customized filtration systems are generally non-refundable once the installation process has begun, due to the nature of the engineering work involved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, text, images, and brand name Safe Water Technology, is our property. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safe Water Technology will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our equipment or unauthorized repairs carried out by third parties. We recommend using our certified technicians for all maintenance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Rahim Yar Khan or Lahore.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new terms.
